Worst delivery company that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered a gazebo on May 20.

On June 1st it arrived at the carrier facility which is 1 hour away from me. My first supposed arrival date was June 6th. I felt it should have been delivered on Monday the 3rd. Why the long wait since it was only 1 hour away.

I received many calls, emails and texts with supposed delivery dates that never panned out, all of which required me to stay home all day so that i could sign for delivery. I have 4 tracking screenshots of 4 different dates. Walmart called them on the 7th to find out whats going on and was told it would be delivered on the 11th. Another lie, didn't come until 12th.

That is 11 full days of sitting in their warehouse. This is inexcusable to me. Also it arrived in a damaged box and there are at least 7 different pieces with damage, some i unbent with pliers (which has weakened the metal), 2 large pieces the i cant really fix and will probably require caulking to prevent rain and bugs from entering. I would have returned it for refund if i didn't have such a miserable time getting it.

I have never been so disgusted with a delivery company before. Walmart needs to stop using them!!!
