Shipment didn't show up

I paid for a delivery on my pool through Walmart which uses Estes, I had GUARANTEED delivery on 5-1-2023 they had my package from Walmart since 4-25-23 I had to sign for package so I missed work on the 1st, package never showed up so I called them I was told I would get a call back the next day and never did, so I called them and they had basically lost my package so I sat on hold for a long period of time then got told it was still in Texas I live in indiana! And it had not even moved in 5 days, they then told me I have to wait two days to even resolve it or get a call back it's is now the 3rd it was supposed to be here the 1st and now I won't even receive a call until the 6th, as shipping is their whole business you would think they would know where a clients package is, and keep in mind I have missed work just for them to not show up and got absolutely no updates.

I understand mistakes happen but a package being lost for 5 days and I have to wait another 3 even to get an update is unacceptable I will only be using Amazon from here forward!!! I see why this company only has 1 star on every website. And mind you I had to buy sand to level for my pool and rent equipment which is now washed away due to the rain so I have to re rent equipment due to this companies neglect to its client.

This company is costing me so much it's insane and they don't even care!

If it is not here by the 9th I am reporting to attorney state general. I do not see how walmart uses such an awful freight company

Not delivering package on time

Ordered on the 13th, delivery was supposed to occur on the 20th. It left IL on the 13th and arrived in grand rapids MI on the 15th, an hour drive from it's destination.

It is the 22nd and it has not moved from grand rapids. Repeated calls have only netted them blaming it on a national shipping delay, and them saying they're waiting till the 25th to deliver packages to this area. If they would of said they wouldn't deliver till the 25th initially I wouldn't of ordered.

The old bait and switch, promise for a speedy delivery but once you have the money and merchandise in your possession you'll get it there when it's convenient! AWESOME!!just

Waiting 18 days now for communication with NW Ark Terminal

NW Arkansas Terminal has had my table since June 27th. This location will not answer their phone or emails from the EFW corporate office regarding where my shipment is and when it will be delivered. Supposedly this order was escalated over two weeks ago, still nothing. Conference call between Overstock, EFW and myself 5 days has yielded nothing. EFW corporate still has not been able to talk or email with anyone from the NW Arkansas Terminal. Incompetence or Corruption?

EFW picked up a damaged tv I got from Walmart and it's been over 3 weeks and still has not been delivered. I have called 4 times and have been told it will be shipped in a couple of days. Well over 3 weeks and they still have the tv and I'm still waiting for them to get it to Walmart so I can get my replacement. Customer service was very rude and impatient when checking on status.

Been now 4 weeks and Walmart has yet to receive package. It is supposed to be in Indianapolis where the warehouse for Walmart was on destination tag but has yet to be delivered b no way to win with this company. They have not updated the tracking in 2 to 3 days and don't answer email or chat.

Complaint about delivery tracking #708****

On or about the 15th of Feb. I received a notice that a delivery was going to be made on or around Feb 22nd.

I contacted EFW immediately and explained that I would like the delivery held since I have to arrange to be in DC for the delivery (I live in Memphis). I asked that the item be held and delivered on March 9th. I received assurances that this would be handled. I then received another notice saying that delivery would happen on the 23rd.

I again called and confirmed that the shipment needed to be held - no problem. I received a text message the night before the 23rd to expect delivery the following morning! I called customer service and explained that the delivery cannot be made since I was not there to receive. Response - no problem we'll note that it needs to be held.

Next day, received a text message saying delivery would be happening following afternoon. I called, explained again, and was told - no problem, it's noted for March 9th delivery and I should just ignore the text messages. This was confirmed by email from Karol Fajardo. Yesterday I received a phone call from the front desk at my DC apartment saying that someone was there to deliver a piece for furniture!!!

Fortunately, she was able to let them into the apartment to complete the delivery but you can imagine my surprise and dissatisfaction with this type of service.

I made no fewer than 5 phone calls and each time was assured that my request was confirmed for the 9th.

I would like an explanation as to why this was handled so poorly. I have no idea if the item delivered is correct since I am not there to confirm and won't be until the 9th.

User's recommendation: I have yet to receive a response and when I called the customer service line there was not access to customer service. I tried sales (no answer) and tracking (no answer). So much for customer service!!

I've dealt with this company not once, BUT TWICE. The first time I bought a beautiful outdoor playground for my daughter who is ADHD and my nephews, before Thanksgiving.

The shipping said it would be here by Black Friday. Cool, well build it and have it up for Christmas. 4 weeks later, still nothing. Had no update, no phone call, nothing.

So I contacted target. They went through the whole thing with me and come to find out, EFW told Target that it wad because I never called them to make my delivery appointment

So I make the appointment and they say we'll call you when we're on our way. SWEET!! It's on its way!!!

The day comes AND PASSES! and No call. No text. I reach out to target again, they tell me oh, they put that they tried to reach out to you and you didn't answer...

WHAT IN THE ACTUAL *** WHO DOES THEIR JOB HALF A**?!?!

So now not only am I dealing with mad 5 and 2 yo nephews, MY AUTISTIC ADHD 5 YO IS HAVING A MASSIVE MELTDOWN BECAUSE SHE ISNT GETTING THE PLAYHOUSE I PROMISED! Fast forward to tonight, 1-14-22, I had again, purchased a playhouse, indoor this time, and guess who was supposed to deliver it yesterday... None other than EFW. AND, I bet you can't guess what still isn't here yet...

yep! The playhouse. The customer service rep I talked to who was vvery rude, said it's shipped to the warehouse but it will take a couple of days.

I'm so seriously done with any store that uses EFW. ITS SERIOUSLY THE WORST.

Don't use this awful company Sad I ordered a tv from Walmart Nov 22 , next week will be a month and I still haven't received the tv. This is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced in my life. I wouldn't advise anyone to use them because you probably won't get your merchandise.

Christmas Present not delivered

Ordered a go kart for my daughter for Christmas, it has been sitting at the "Destination City" aka Little Rock, for over a week now. Today was the delivered by date and surprise, surprise, nothing has shown up.

I have been contacting them via live chat every day since last Wednesday and all they can tell me is "we can't get anyone from the local terminal (once again Little Rock) to answer. Today I finally called and after being on hold for 15 minutes was told that they had contacted the local terminal and that they could not give an adequate reason for why it was not delivered and that they would respond to me within 24 - 48 hours to get me the new delivery time. This means nothing as they said the same thing to me last Wednesday and nobody has emailed or called. The poor guy I was speaking to said that he had escalated the issue (customer service speak for there is nothing we can do) and that if I don't hear from them by this Wednesday to call back.

This is not rocket science, my package is in Little Rock, get off your lazy *** and load it on a truck, drive to my address and unload it. Walmart is going to get an ear full from me as well and I will never order anything from anyone that uses EFW as shipping again.

Bought item 9/28. Delivery scheduled 10/6 (8 days out). 10/6 website says delivery 5 pm, no item. Then says 6 pm, no delivery. Called and says they are not bound by any delivery date, will deliver within days of the specified delivery date (of 10/6). Called 10/7 for delivery, same response. Called midday and now scheduled for 10/11. IF they deliver on 10/11 13 days from purchase. And there was never any notification nor reasoning of continual changes. Signed up for text notification at the beginning and received one text on the 5th that something changed, but didn't say what. In this day of technology and shipping/delivery efficiency, it is hard for me to comprehend such lack of customer service. Maybe I will get my $1000 item or not. I live 30 miles from Nashville. Should have been delivered 10/4 or at least by 10/6. I guess I should have went to get the item myself. its a 30 minute drive.

I ordered a bed from Target on April 28 and was delivered by EFW on May 17. Tracking was never updated so I never had an estimated delivery date.

When it eventually arrived, there were footprints ALL over the box and it was bent. My husband and I opened the box and lifted the headboard and it completely collapsed into pieces. The box was on a palette and they had walked all over it and broke the headboard AND STILL DELIVERED IT THAT WAY. Called Target and they ordered a new one..

it's now JUNE 8 and the broken bed IS STILL SITTING MY DRIVEWAY because EFW refuses to pick it up. They have sent me SEVERAL "tentative" and "confirmed" dates to pick it up and never show up. They have also sent me several dates to deliver the new bed and I have taken days off of work to be available because I want to make sure it's not broken but I'm still sleeping on the floor because it hasn't shown up. My new bed was supposed to arrive on 6/3 between 8am and 6pm.

I called that day to get a better idea and they said 4pm. That time came and went, so I called and they said they are behind and will be at my house at 7pm. Mind you they sent me NO email NO text NO phone call to tell me. No surprise that 7pm came around and no bed.

They never showed up and never sent ANY type of communication. I called the next day and the rep couldn't get a hold of dispatch, couldn't find my order and said that I was not on their route for that day. He sent me his "personal" email which was in fact an EFW email (???). I emailed him yesterday for an update - no response.

Currently sitting on hold waiting to speak to someone to see WHERE ON EARTH my bed is! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Customer service is abysmal and their "delivery" service is even worse. You will likely receive a completely destroyed package or it will disappear.

Good luck I had ordered a new recliner from Walmart for delivery through Hayneedle. Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, December 8 between 10 am and 2 pm. I just got notice today, Thursday, December 2 that my item was "Out for Delivery", and that someone 18 years old or more needed to sign for it. I had to scramble to find someone willing to go to my house in Arizona immediately to sign for it (I'm a Snowbird in South Dakota) so it took a real effort. I'm not sure if (at this writing) if my new recliner was delivered or not.

Cannot fix problems when they happen. Have selected terrible and incompetent local distributors who are unable to adjust schedules and meet obligations in a timely manner. Extremely bad management on all parts.

Failure to deliver in a timely manner

On approximately October 2 I ordered a large item from Walmart, with a projected delivery date on or before October 14th. Walmart indicated that the order was shipped on the 4th, and EFW indicated the order was picked up that day. Two days later - on the 6th - EFW's status updated to say that the shipment had passed through a city in Southern California. Then I heard absolutely nothing until October 13th, when the information EFW was provided suddenly changed. According to that new update, the shipment hadn't even left California. The projected delivery date was still October 14th. On the 14th, EFW indicated that the shipment had arrived here in TX. The delivery date was changed to the 15th. On the 15th, I received nothing. The delivery date was changed to the 16th. And I still have received nothing. Estes has not contacted me or communicated with me in any way other than through their shipping updates, and that information is changed on the fly as if their previous communications never happened. Unbelievably shady. It's very hard for me to understand why Walmart continues to do business with this company; they clearly don't care about quality of service.

Honestly this company is horrible. They don't care whether what they deliver is in one piece or not. On my big screen TV they deliver it cracked and in pieces. Before the delivery they told me I was supposed to sign for it guess what when deliver the tv they left it in my driveway face down on a wooden palet. And I didn't sign for it. It could have been stolen if I had not got home a few minutes later. To me they don't care about what they are delivering. This company honestly needs to go out of business there reviews are the worst I have ever seen. I had the worst experience ever.
