efwcs recived my kayak on 5/19/2017 at a local termanal they set delivery date and time window 5/22/2017 1 to 5 pm. they later left an voice mail stating they could not deliver and would contact me.

after no contact and this was a gift. i contacted them by telephone on 5/23/2017 they again said they would research this and contact me. no response. three more times i spoke with them same answer, no call or email from them was ever recived .

i contacted walmart they said they would investigate, no response.

no gift no holiday weekend, i've been shipping and reciving for over 40 years as i own a decent customer oriented business. this is a record setting low for a shipper

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $400.
