As with many of the posters here, I had the same experiences with EFW. Ordered patio set from Target.

Received 2 emails from EFW stating they would deliver on 5/29 between 8am and 6pm. Since they only dump and run leaving your package in the first dry area of your property...joke...I decided to stay home from work to wait for it. You guessed it, that was a waste of a day. I called EFW the next day and the professionalism was astonishing!

She said, "This guy that I need to get the information from is new and I think he's in a meeting or something. You'll have to call back some other time." REALLY? After waiting an entire day for delivery and waiting 20 minutes on hold, I am told to call back and hold again? I called Target customer service and they said that they don't have a point of contact at EFW so they have to go through the same process as the customer.

They waited on hold..but low and behold, they were able to tell me that EFW will call me with a new delivery date and time. It was to be delivered the next day between 2pm and 6pm..I received a second phone call stating it would be delivered from 8am to 6pm...I questioned the different delivery windows and I was told that the first person that called didn't know what she was talking about that they don't offer a window other than all day. I had my son come over and watch for the delivery since I already lost a day of pay...delivery didn't come. I called Target that evening and cancelled the order completely and told them that they lost a customer because they use a really *** Ma and Pa Kettle delivery service.

The worst and yet they are still in business! Target cancelled my order and refunded the money, but of course, no patio set for me. I had buyers remorse since the delivery was so horrible that it's probably better this way...god forbid there might be some reason to return it if it were damaged...it would probably sit in my "closest dry spot on my property" for weeks! I don't know why Target still uses this company.

I will really watch any online order going forward to see who is delivering.

This is why Amazon is better. You can really count on timely deliveries and promises.
