Latest as of Monday: I called Monday morning and was told the driver tried to call me Friday before delivery and there was no answer and when he arrived at the location no one was home. I was rescheduled for delivery Tuesday 10-2.

I was scheduled for a delivery 7/7 10/2. Took time off work and had two people here to help me assembly the furniture.

Called them 3 times to verify time & the third time was at 2:33 half hour past my window with Ashley & told they were running behind due to the holiday. She verified my address n telephone. Ok hung up. I called at 4:33 spoke with Jessica on status and was told driver attempted delivery but no one home.

I told her there were 3 people waiting. No one called or came. I asked to speak to a manager. This was Friday.

It is late Sunday and still no call back on anything from anyone.

Next time I plan on ordering anything I will make sure this is not the delivery company. From reading other complaints it's obvious this company doesn't understand what good customer service is.
