DO NOT USE THEM! Worst customer experience of my life.

I ordered a bedroom set over a month ago. It was lost for weeks and finally found and I was told (and their website confirmed) delivery today from 1-5. After it not showing up, I called and they said well they didnt have all of the pieces and couldn't deliver it and the local delivery agent had no record if it. I had to take today off of work and already took apart my daughters old bed.

Now, I have to take another day of work and figure out something for my daughter so sleep on for the next 3 days until they say then can deliver it again. I do not trust a word they say.

I have talked on the phone with them a total of 4 hours over the past two weeks as their phone hold times are horrible. They should not be in business.
